"The upkeep of one's mental health is of the utmost importance, and being a therapist isn't a job; it's a calling that excites and motivates me to go above and beyond with clients. My sessions are not just clinical interactions but warm conversations held in a safe space. Unyielding support, empathy, connectedness, and peace are at the core of this space. During our first session, we will discuss your experiences and which issue(s) you would like help with. We then look to curate a treatment plan with short- and long-term goals that we mutually work upon."
