Strides Psychotherapy is in-network with Aetna and Cigna. Additionally, some of our therapists are also in-network with other major insurance providers, including United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar and BCBS. We offer assistance in verifying both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits. A deductible is the amount you need to pay before your insurance starts to cover your medical expenses. Co-insurance is a set percentage of the insured medical expenses that you may have to pay after you reach your deductible. It differs from co-payment as it is not a set amount, but is a percentage. For example, some plans share the cost by splitting between 80% insurance pay and 20% co-insurance paid by you.
